Topic > The Age of Anxiety Against Contemporary Humanity - 690

Life in general is made up of metamorphic events. These changes are part of human history as well as its culture. In this article I would try to compare two different periods of that history, commonly known as the age of anxiety, and contemporary humanity. These two periods are somewhat related, one preceding the other. The Age of Anxiety was made up of many horrific events that will later determine how nations are built and alliances are made in the world. This period was marked primarily by the largest recorded war that mankind has ever seen, World War I and World War II. It was also a period favorable to the invention of many technologies. Contemporary humanity can be considered post-child of the Age of Anxiety. That period saw greater improvement in human life. Unlike the age of anxiety, this period has revolutionized the human way of life. Many gadgets have been invented to make our lives easier and move faster. Maximum and rapid production was the new way. We will base our proof on many different examples to show how both periods are related. The Age of Anxiety is a period of time from 1914 to 1950. This era was full of uncertainty, world wars, and changes in how humans perceived the world. The current period may be known as the contemporary humanities (1970 to present), but for some scholars it may be defined as the Cold War from 1950 to 1991. Another word is not a rigid temporary period. The contemporary age seems to have a better human condition than the age of anxiety if you think about what each age has to offer. The Age of Anxiety is a time when many scientific theorems and discoveries were made, but the contemporary age is a time when scientific theorems and discoveries were also implemented… middle of the paper.. . the culture is in them. For example we can refer to Pearl Harbor which happened on December 7, 1941. In summary these two periods are related and cannot be dissociated. The world as we know it today is a combination of factors that can fit together. Without the invention of penicillin we will not have the best drug today, without the black Ford cars coming out of Chicago we will not have the best, heaviest and most beautiful model, as shiny as the Ford Explorer. We can see that the Age of Anxiety has paved the way for contemporary humanities. Will contemporary humanities continue forever or will we soon see a drastic change? This question can be answered by looking through the prism of science. People will fly to Mars and registration has already started. Many more inventions are on the way. I personally believe that technology would become the essence of human life.
