Potential abuse of cloning It is understood that the use of forms of genetic manipulation has great potential, if the use is based on the idea that it will be used to improve agricultural production, medical technology and the like. Using cloning as a coping tool for those who mourn loved ones or simply cannot deal with nature's life-and-death process, however, is simply wrong. It is not only idealistically wrong, but ethically, morally and even legally unjust. If the cloning of humans became a reality, it would be the process that would slowly deteriorate the diversity of the world and people's ability to cope with negative events in their lives. Ethically and politically cloning already seems to break all the rules. . Cloning advocates push for changes to any laws or constitutional rights that prohibit cloning. Cloning is currently fueling an ethical uproar among religious communities amid its new explosion of advancements. Contemplations of a new race and its laws are already in the making. Despite the hordes of people eagerly rallying to ban it, scientists continue to carry out experiments. Some of them believe that no matter if a person, or group, likes cloning or not, they better learn to deal with it because they won't be stopped. It is difficult to say whether or not the growing populations that are against cloning will be able to do anything to prevent it as a whole, or even partially. Regardless of how the United States chooses to address this issue, each country has its own plans and opinions. There are many variations on new cloning policies and the outcome of this new technology will be very interesting to see. three different types of cloning. The first two are somatic manipulation and germline genetic manipulation. Somatic manipulation only changes an individual person's somatic genetic composition (their physical appearance). Genetic manipulation of the germline, however, passes all the manipulated genes on to future generations (so any strange physical appearance or disease that is eliminated in a child will be eliminated forever in his or her inheritance line) (Hayes pars. 10-11). Many doctors now suggest that parents test their unborn children and cure them of any disease they may encounter throughout their life through somatic manipulation (mostly including severe outward physical disabilities). This way they can do everything they can to "perfect" the baby's appearance and mental abilities before birth.
