Executive SummaryCanGo is a small company that retails a variety of products and services, ranging from books and videos to online gaming services. CanGo has had problems in the past with market strategies and formal planning. Liz, the founder of CanGo, and her management would like to expand into the online gaming market. Our company, Quality Management Solutions, is writing a business plan on how to assist them in the planning process of implementing a storage and retrieval system for online games. We will review the features and benefits of the companies we have studied and provide them with advice on which one we think will best suit their needs. We will also help them on how to implement this system to help them ensure that their company will be competitive when opening up in this new market segment. Quality Management Solutions consultants working on the CanGo project will implement a reliable system and cost-effective ASRS system for the CanGo company. Working on the implementation process consists of effective communication from our consultants and their brainstorming, recommendations and ideas, which we will combine with our customers' requirements and expectations for a new ASRS system. The initial phase of this implementation is to focus our priorities on implementing this new technology at CanGo and presenting a quality product, which will involve our coverage and research on flexibility, costs, maintenance, capacity, space and benefits long-term view of CanGo's investment in an ASRS. Additionally, we will review and compare the company to other small businesses, their use of the ASRS system, and how a highly advanced system will bring flexibility, productivity… to the middle of the paper. One of the main deciding factors was the total net present value (NPV) of the ASRS, the amount was $6,981,110.76; this is almost three times the NPV of supplier Hanel. Quality Management Solutions designed a flowchart to present to CanGo that explains the step-by-step process of the Mega Star Automated Retrieval and Storage System. This ASRS will reduce our workforce by approximately 8 employees. The cost alone of saving this large amount of wages is a major factor in implementing this machine for CanGo. References Boss, R.
