Is America the world's policeman? Currently it would seem so, with the United States sending unprecedented support to countless countries. America has been doing this for about 60 years, give or take. America spends millions of dollars on the security of countries that cannot help themselves. Obviously America cannot afford to support so many countries and itself. Either he will run out of money or he will run out of men. Controlling the world requires a lot of manpower. America is dragging down its future. If America supports everyone else when they are down, will they do the same for America in the future? America, if it continues to waste its resources on protecting everyone else, will eventually fail (Snyder). America is known as the police force of the world. Mostly, the world sees this as a positive. However, America also lives in infamy for sticking its nose where it doesn't belong. For example, there is no continent where America has no influence. This is probably a big inconvenience for the bad guys. The United States works to make itself famous. The United States deals with much of the world's terrorism and has put an end to most of it. Without a doubt, the United States is the most powerful military force the planet has ever seen, even the citizens are armed. (Dettmer) The United States could teach other countries to be more independent and to stop relying on the United States or other large countries to support them. America has its problems, such as immigration, violence and drugs. What would the US crime rate be if it had more money to spend on its own police departments instead of purchasing military personnel for some foreign country? Do foreign countries deserve support?
