Obesity has been on the rise in the United States since 1980. Obesity is becoming a serious problem in the lives of Americans. Obesity can be caused by a variety of reasons, including an unhealthy diet, lack of exercise, and sometimes medical conditions. However, with all of these conditions combined, I'm here to show you why I believe obesity is strictly a lifestyle choice and how it can definitely be prevented. Obesity has to start somewhere. But where do we start? Having a disease has often been used as a way to explain the reason for obesity. Some people say they are obese simply because it is genetic.
