Additionally, he is very resourceful, has excellent customer relations skills, problem-solving skills, a variety of Microsoft systems skills, and has a creative nature with technical expertise in web design. Halle will have the title of Unix Technician and will oversee the systems side of the company, as well as take the lead on systems development for customers. With all businesses, the team will need one person to keep the company together, which leads to Gina's responsibilities. Gina has strong organizational skills, research skills, typing quickly and accurately, and compiling various information into presentations. Shea will have the title of Administrative Assistant and will be responsible for the overall organization of the company. Furthermore, he/she will be responsible for keeping the company in line with the desired objectives, as well as ensuring that all details behind client meetings are arranged and that presentations are tailored to client needs..
