For this assignment I did a work study for the hotel management industry. The reason I chose the hotel management sector is because it is a career path that I have always been interested and curious about. It is a rapidly growing global industry. I have always wanted an exciting career, one that integrated my entrepreneurial and creative skills in a more energetic, active and fun way than most orthodox and boring office jobs. I also wanted to work in an industry I was passionate about.
