Trevi Station Once upon a time there was a man who lived unmotivated all his life. His name is Giulio Trevino. He felt dissatisfied with his current job as a sales associate at a JC Penny store, the income he receives, and his career progression. He could not find a girlfriend due to the fact that he is ashamed of not having money. One day, while he was sleeping, he dreamed of becoming a businessman. He dreamed of owning a gas station. In the dream he was so successful that he managed to buy a house and a car and even found true love. He woke up and said, “I can do this!” From then on, he felt rejuvenated and worked at his current job full of energy, saving everything he could from his small pay. For months working with this attitude, his superiors noticed his hard work and high performance on the job. He was praised by promoting him as a gas station manager. His pay was increased to $865 a week. After over a year of hard work, he managed to raise $7,000 from his saved salary and invested it in government bonds. One evening, when he came home from work, he checked his mail and to his surprise, he received a letter from a lawyer, informing him that he had been named as a beneficiary by his uncle in his last will and testament. He will receive $25,000 from his uncle's estate. The next morning he went straight to the lawyer and claimed the check and immediately turned it into government bonds. He was very grateful to his late uncle. After a month he told himself that now he can work alone as a businessman and materialize what he has always dreamed of. He resigned from his job and began planning a new business. Luckily, while I was reading a local newspaper, there was an ad from Octane Oil Company offering a business opportunity to lease and operate a newly built Octane gasoline service station for just $25,000 to invest. That same day he went to the company and applied for the lease. Octane's regional sales manager was impressed with Trevino's personal financial capabilities and after several talks a lease agreement was signed in March 15.
