Police officers must rely on instinct and quick decision making to keep a potential situation calm. These instincts have been seen to cause more harm than good when racial profiling is involved. These prejudices against a race may have been implanted from childhood, personal experience, or learned behaviors. These events involving racial profiling and police brutality have become more common and have gained national recognition. The national scene creates a sequel for misjudgments and very often excessive use of power by police officers. The unjust deaths of people by a fiery officer due to his lack of judgment in the situation is unacceptable and must be addressed. I believe that police officers must complete a series of simulations, they must be trained to enter potentially racially profiling situations not without intent but as a precautionary measure, and finally I believe that partners of police officers must monitor each other for use excessive power to mistreat people. the suspect. All measures combined could prevent riots, deaths, and national distrust of our police
