AbstractThe objective of this article is to show how communication is a very vital and important factor for the success of a team. I will cover how it helps to identify the role of each individual team member. I will discuss how team communication helps all team members understand the end goal and I will also discuss how communication is a vital part of project planning within the team. The Importance of Team CommunicationTeam dynamics are the invisible force that pulls and influences a team to act and react in a certain way, according to BusinessKnowledgeSource.com (2003). A good team is the very important element for the success of any company. This is not only important for the employer, but it is also important for the success of the employees and team dynamics are probably the most important task to help any good manager build a good and strong team. One of the most important elements in team dynamics is communication. Dictionary.com defines communication as “the transmission or exchange of thoughts, opinions, or information by means of words, writings, or signs.” (2006) Communication is the key element that starts a good team and makes it work in the right direction, it is the main factor that ensures that every single member within the group carries out the job or activity correctly and within the established timing.
