Paul's stewardship, then, was the exact opposite of the patterns of initiative pervasive in Greco-Roman culture. (Smith, 2014) With its particular assertion and focus, his administration mirrored the shortcomings, stupidity, humility, mortification, selflessness, austerity and perseverance of its ruler (Smith, 2014). It was down to this fundamental examination with Christ that super and false witnesses were exposed as impostors (Smith, 2014). They were pioneers in social impact, yet their message and lifestyle demonstrated that they were not Christian pioneers, but rather operators of Satan (Smith, 2014). 2 Corinthians 11:13–15 states, “For such men are false missionaries, deceitful workers, disguising themselves as witnesses of Christ. Furthermore, no wonder, for Satan also disguises himself as an angel of light. a surprise if his servants also disguise themselves as servants of justice. Their end will correspond to their actions”
