When I completed the research proposal I was able to use reading selections and reading blocks to complete this assignment. I remember a reading block titled "Why Boys Don't Play with Dolls." I took the social issues from this selection of readings and used them in my essay. I had to identify five social issues that were not a problem and create an essay about these issues. I also analyzed JFK's speech and created an essay taking social issues from it and referring to it in my essay and critically analyzing the rhetorical strategies
