Our group decided to study two happy workplaces, our chosen businesses were BMW and Lush. As pointed out in the feedback, non-obvious choices like Google or Amazon. Our task was to select one and explain the reasons. After extensive research into both companies, it was clear to us that both are great places to work, however Lush is a winning small company. Managers must show sound leadership, which means spelling out rules and regulations and treating staff accordingly, as well as rewarding them fairly. and only for good jobs, in doing so they feel valued and recognized. As an alternative to punishment for bad work, the manager should talk to his staff, explaining and teaching them the correct procedure. Overall, make them feel like a valued member of society. (Lamar, 2015).Lush has placed a strong focus on training and developing its management teams and all employees. Managers are now moving into the second year of their training plans and taking a step forward in their skills
