At first, I found it difficult to get the children's attention as we began the transition and it was difficult for me to serve lunch due to the number of allergies we had. My internship supervisor gave me advice and helped me develop strategies to improve. Overall it was a wonderful internship and I was offered a job once I graduated. I believe what made this placement so wonderful was the teamwork and team dynamics we established from the beginning. Having conversations about expectations and goals, as well as the center's philosophy, helped get us all on the same page. The other educator in the room and I got along well and my program supervisor was there to support us in what we were doing. We worked together and maintained open communication throughout the day. Even though when I started I was described as shy, I like to think I was perceived positively. If I could go back to the current situation, I would continue to practice the skills I was taught, however, I would not change my role because I enjoyed the work I did and the team dynamics
