The No Child Left Behind Act has been a major issue since its inception in 2009 by President George Bush. Some parents have called for the law to be repealed because they believe it is creating further problems for the education system. However, critical analysis of the situation of students' grades comparing the period before and after the establishment of No Child Left Behind will show that the law has brought enormous improvements to our education and the need to remain. Education is the foundation of every great nation. , consequently we cannot ignore it when there is crisis in that sector. This is because once a problem occurs in a country's education sector, all other sectors are in danger of collapse. The US education system has entered a downward spiral and this was confirmed by the international organization UNICEF in its annual report and was noted by Mathis in his research work “in a follow-up study by UNICEF, the gap between our average scores and our low scores The scores give the United States a poor ranking of 21st out of 24 industrialized nations in terms of educational equality” (Mathis, 2003). This is a respectable report that confirms the existence of a problem in the education system. This kind of disparity is what brings cries from parents and educators across the country about the declining fortunes of our education system. Furthermore, to solve the problem, the government adopted the “No Child Left Behind” law. The No Child Left Behind Act was enacted in 2002 by President Bush. This is the reauthorization of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, and its primary goal is to raise student scores in math and reading. From the beginning, the law has brought about huge improvements in education… halfway… education is about providing quality teachers, increasing spending, and closely monitoring school operations to ensure improvements academic achievement as a student. As a result of all these achievements, defending "No Child Left Behind" from the people against it is everyone's responsibility. This is not the time to stop what works perfectly, but it is necessary that educators, teachers and every citizen give all their support so that the law completes what it started: the complete turnaround of the country's education system. Critics who complain about the huge expenditure of money outweighing the benefits should remember that, as in any large investment, you do not reap the benefits immediately but with patience it will surely come to you and, unlike investments which are uncertain, the benefit of the No child left behind the act is certain.
