Business communication is any use of communication to build partnerships and secure goodwill for the future. Goodwill is valuable compared to its tangible assets such as a good name and reputation, a fair location, attractive products, and exceptional customer service that can ensure profits for a company. Effective communication is the key strategy and an extremely important part of organizational success. Insensitive messages can eliminate a company's goodwill, whether it automatically affects customers, employees, or even a business partner. Nowadays, people in the business community are increasingly aware of the need to use language that identifies diversity and does not allude to or exclude people on the basis of gender, race, age and people with disabilities. Being responsible to individual differences requires that people make a conscious effort to create gender-neutral language. Non-sexist language treats both genders neutrally. It does not emphasize any particular genre and avoids being offensive. According to Wisconsin Madison University (1991), A Guide to Bias-Free Communications, gender includes humans in general references by replacing non-sexist language and phrases with words based on gender bias. According to Elizabeth N. (1988), Linguistic Sexism in Business Writing Textbooks, examples of the word humanity refers to all people, but this word is called a gender biased word because it defines people especially for a masculine word. There are some recommended phrases to use and replace this gender-biased word such as humans, people, or even humanity. Another way to erase sexist language is to use a gender-appropriate pronoun. For example, a nurse must complete her in-service training to update her certification. The... center of the card... as well as the thinking of human beings, this happens because people's mental condition does not define their potential. Starting from this situation, only professional communication can shape the public image of people with disabilities. They can create words and images in a simple or positive way. In conclusion, there are many biases in business communication that occur in everyday life. In general, bias-free language is language that does not discriminate against people on the basis of sex, physical condition, race, age, religion, or any other category. It includes all readers and people, helps support good will, is friendly and respects the law. It also reflects an attitude, that is, a communication style that looks at things from the audience's point of view, emphasizing what the audience wants to know and respecting their intelligence..
