Judging is a trait that favors following instructions. I believe that if people do what they're supposed to do when they're supposed to do it, then things will work out. In the early 2000s I took over a car rental branch that was struggling with customer service ratings. After spending a few weeks analyzing its operations, I discovered that much of the problem was simply that the branch was taking shortcuts in its operations, not following the correct procedures. I was able to solve the problem by simply getting all my employees to believe in my belief in following instructions. The branch as a whole has made progress with above-average customer service ratings. Interesting Personal ApplicationMy Temperament and Personality Type I has the temperament labeled as “NT”. This represents the motivations. I will approach things rationally and logically. I don't get excited or blow things out of proportion. Together, my temperament and personality type help make me a good leader. I am able to keep the people I work with in a cool, calm and orderly environment during stressful situations. Good lessons learned about organizational behavior and myself that will help me be a better employee, colleague and collaborator
