Due to the structure of your organization, we believe you should adopt a traditional face-to-face interview method unless you are seeking operational leadership talent where you may want to broaden your pool. Prior to the interview, you should establish a checklist of minimum requirements to narrow down the number of candidates to include in the process (University of California, Riverside, 2015). We'll let you control that formula, but we'll recommend that you include things like a good driving record, no DUIs, no at-fault accidents in the last 5 years, and so on. This will help with this process and operational costs as your organization needs to insure these employees. Next, you should incorporate some form of practical testing (driving and parking) and also send them for an eye test, etc. We believe that if you use these tools you will be able to recruit a diverse and highly talented group of people.
