Is a capitalist market in everyone's interest? Even though much of today's world has adopted a profit-based economy, there are people against it. Can we improve economic organization? What is the capitalist market? It is a market in which production is made private and is managed for profit. In the capitalist market, in the for-profit economy, the government has little control over the country's market and people are able to do whatever they want with their own profit. Through capitalism we are offered more freedom and fairness than any other market can offer us. Everyone has the right to make their own choices. For example, we can own land, property, houses, businesses, and pursue any profession we like. From the past we have seen that a for-profit economy has advantages and disadvantages. The advantages attract people, while the disadvantages turn them away from this type of economy. One of the advantages of this economy is competition between companies. Should we have competition between companies? I think we should because it helps our economy by having lower prices, more companies to choose from and so on. Who wants to be stuck with only one company to choose from? Probably none because you can't get what you want, instead you have to get what is offered to you. A competitive economy, like the capitalist market, gives us free will to manage our money and assets. Competition is a convincing fact for the capitalist market to be in everyone's interest, but let's see if a disadvantage would make the for-profit economy in everyone's interest! Are there any disadvantages to a capitalist market? Of course there are because no one is perfect, so the result of a non-perfect creature would be non-perfect. In c...... middle of paper......Human beings can make further improvements if they are willing to help each other and reach a common agreement. If we were united as a country, things would work more easily than now. One way humans can improve economic organization is to discover critical things and try to reach a common agreement to solve them. We need young, ambitious people managing our economy to thrive. A young mindset can change the face of that particular economy. We have seen through history and the present that the capitalist market cannot satisfy everyone because it is not in everyone's interest. Anything that is not perfect will not be able to unite us into an economy. Everyone should benefit from a profit-driven economy because it is built so that people can profit from it. Even if we profit from it, it's still not in everyone's interest.
