It also covers worldviews, beliefs, values and principles. A leader must have definitive beliefs for direction, values for guidance, and principles for motivation to transform thinking and behavior. Both level one and level two leadership can be used by leaders with a Christian worldview. Leaders have significant influence on their organizations. In first-level leadership orders, commands should be given reflecting Christian values regarding servant leadership and love. It is the responsibility of Christian leadership to recognize and affirm employees for their efforts. Also to give them a pat on the back for a job well done, to praise and publicize their successes, and to actively support their continued efforts on behalf of the organization. Thessalonians 5:11 states, “So encourage one another and strengthen one another, just as you are already doing.” In level two the leadership logic, data and evidence should be fair and just. Proverbs 16:8 states: Better is little with righteousness than great income with injustice. It is essential to work hard to achieve the goals, but the means should be justified by the results; and not the age-old idea that “results should justify the means.” A Christian leader is more interested in doing things the right way
