The focus of public health has shifted based on events and in particular a community that makes it difficult to define. However, this makes it crucial to determine the situation in the context of recent public health, such as health needs assessment, in order to act on the economic situation, stigma-related epidemiological transitions, demographic status, health literacy and approach to the life course, and facilitate daily activities (Wilson and Mabhala, 2013).
