Since the late 20th century, animation has always inspired many children and adults. Today, many fields related to animation, such as films and games, have evolved over the century. Many popular animations created by Disney, such as Frozen and Zootropolis, have clearly inspired many around the world. Frozen is an animated film distributed by Walt Disney Animation Studios, and it is a film mainly about Elsa, the protagonist, who finds the solution to her despair and problems through experience. Over the course of the film, Elsa's sister Anna tries to find Elsa and falls in love with Prince Hans. Elsa and Anna are eventually reunited, and Elsa finally overcomes her fear of her supernatural powers and lives happily. Zootopia is another animated film distributed by Walt Disney Animation Studios and is an animated film released in March 2016. Say no to plagiarism. Get an Original Essay The main plot of the story tells how the first bunny cop, Judy Hopps, is on a mission to find 14 missing predators and has only 48 hours to solve the mysterious case. Hopps is accompanied by the crafty fox, Nick Wilde. Judy Hopps discovers that the fourteen missing predators have become feral, although the ferocity was eliminated through evolution thousands of years ago. Judy discovers that Mayor Bellweather, the mayor of the city of Zootropolis, is trying to blame predators for all the ferocity and tries to make the prey overcome the fear of predators. But Hopps solves the case with her assistant and becomes the first bunny who offers to gain fame and save the city of Zootropolis. The audience for both these animated films is for everyone, regardless of age. These two films have inspired many children and adults around the world, and they have inspired me too. Some principles used by these animated films are exaggeration and visual appeal of the characters. Both animated films have distinct characteristics of individual characters that visually appeal to the audience. Both animated films have the main characters as their background, and this gives more charm to the viewers. Furthermore, when there is an action, greater or lesser, there is always an exaggeration. Exaggeration shapes the overall animation better, because it allows viewers to understand the importance of each action. Animation is very important in the twenty-first century, because it has evolved very quickly, in a short amount of time. 3D technology and games have both evolved and coexist with each other. Many games released by major companies have animations and 3D technology that attract its users. A good example of the co-evolution of these two genres is video games. Many modern video games have 3D graphics that did not exist in the twentieth century and also have a high animated content. This animated content is visually appealing to viewers because it aids in the evaluation of battle scenes and also helps deliver the game's narrative. I'm very excited about the evolution of games, because the technology and animation behind games evolves daily. I believe that the principles of animation help the evolution of both 3D technology and gaming and will further inspire many people around the world. Works Cited Buckland, W. (2009). Animated films.
