A popular quote says that "it is never too late to follow your dreams and passions" and therefore, as unconventional as it may seem, my call to taking a course that is extremely different from my previous area of study feels liberating. From working as a dentist to applying for a Masters in Management Practice, it was a challenging decision. My main inspiration, besides the desire to push my limits, is Dr. Seunggun Lee. A former South Korean dentist who quit his job and founded a mobile payments app called Toss. Growing beyond his designated capabilities was a challenge he overcame. Get Original EssayAfter completing my undergraduate studies in the field of dentistry from Dental College and Hospital of Vidarbha Youth Welfare Society in 2016, I joined Dr. Swapnil Dental Clinic Korde where I worked as a general dentist for a period 13 months. There, my professional role was limited to performing dental procedures and minor surgeries, and I found that my desire to develop additional skills was hindered by the confines of my role. Even though I was doing exceptionally well and was appreciated for my work, I felt the need to surpass myself and push fortification. I further developed my skills by working in a clinic, where I counseled patients, planned educational promotional events and carried out administrative work. I'm excited to learn leadership skills, to work with new people, to get to know them not by how they look or where they're from, but by what they bring to the table, and so much more. Now I see myself, where I can challenge ideologies, which in the past were followed blindly, simply because they were passed down by the society and culture in which I had grown up. A significant amount of interaction with people from different backgrounds, diverse origins will be a revelation. The best part of this new role will be that any kind of boundaries will not limit my work. Hence, I readily seek out opportunities that make me dive into other departments of the organizational field such as the management and marketing department and through this experience I find the call to study the field of management practice professionally. My decision to pursue Masters in Management The practice of Dublin Business School, a renowned college of.
