I've been building since I was a kid. Whether it was Lego or go karts, I always built. When I graduate from Umass Lowell I want to be an engineer. I am currently in the Mechanical Engineering program at Umass Lowell. The reason I chose to study mechanical engineering is that I discovered a deep love for watches. When I graduate I hope to work as a watchmaker or watch designer. I want to design the movements, dials, cases and straps of the watches. I know it's hard to get into this profession, but no one has ever gotten where they wanted to go if they turned back at the first sight of adversity. The first part of my plan is to work on my education. I am currently a freshman in college and my first semester is coming to an end. I'm planning to take what I learned from my first semester and apply it to my second semester when it starts. The most important thing I learned was time management. It's much better to commit and work on a task during the day than to put it off at night because then I have a tendency to put it off more by falling asleep. Fin...
