MatthewIn the New Testaments of the Bible the book of Matthew is of the genre of the Gospels. In the Old Testament, God appointed the people we know as prophets. They were the ones who described the life and work of Jesus. What they wrote, those things happened during Jesus' life on earth. The book of Matthew explains to all those who do not believe it that Jesus is Christ. It means that Christ is the King of God. The prophets told people that they would be saved by Christ from punishment for their evil deeds. This is the book about the life of Jesus. It teaches what Matthew wrote in this book about what Jesus taught. It also included Jesus' speech called “The Sermon on the Mount” in chapters 5-7. It even went on to say that many sick people were healed by Jesus, the blind could see again, the deaf could hear again and Jesus even freed people possessed by evil spirits. There were some people who hated Jesus. Jesus was killed by those who hated him on the cross. According to the prophets they had already written that Jesus would die (Isaiah 53; Matthew 12:40). Jesus was the one who suffered all the punishment for the bad deeds of others after his death (Matthew 20:28, Matthew 26:28). Acts In the New Testaments of the Bible, the book of Acts is narrative in genre and is also called the Acts of the Apostles. It is written by Luke who appears to be the author of the Gospel of Luke. This book tells the story of the first Christians. After Jesus' death (as mentioned in “Matthew”) as he went to heaven Christians waited in Jerusalem. After the Holy Spirits were sent by God, the first Christians received power from them. And they end up telling people about Jesus. It was Christians who explained the evil and demonic forces that exist in this world. This book uses illustrated stories to reveal future events. The stories in the book are very difficult to explain. Also in this book Satan will increase his persecution among believers. Even in this difficult time they had to remain steadfast even at the moment of their death. Those who are faithful believers have always believed that the wicked will be destroyed forever and that they will be sealed from evil. Therefore he allowed God's people to enter eternity and glory. The repetition of the number “seven” is done 52 times in this book and is the unique feature of the book. This book falls into four different groups, for example: historicists, futurists, idealists and idealists. Many Christians try to avoid reading this book simply because they find it intimidating and about the end times.
