Looking at the operational method, it is used specifically for short-term projects that have much smaller objectives (Hayes, 1985). However, these small goals will lead to a bigger result, which is why I believe this method can be used for greater success. Since this is the perspective on which the small objectives are focused until their completion, then the continuous planning and results are concentrated until the end of the project. Both of these planning methods can lead to the achievement of any goal an organization might have, knowing how to use them becomes the best goal. The importance of planning across any organization can be achieved by using the strategic or operational planning methods that will lead to the achievement of objectives. Knowing which planning method to use is essential to the success of any organization. So knowing what each method focuses on and choosing the best method is something very important. Both will lead to certain goals of success across an entire project, but when the right method is chosen any organization will achieve them
