Just as the friar says at the beginning of Shakespeare's play, Romeo and Juliet, "Wisely and slowly stumble those who run fast." (II.iii.94). this was a harbinger of the death of the lovers, Romeo and Juliet. Although fate was a contributing factor to a tragic end, there was also a personal choice involved and, in the end, the story could have had a different ending if it were not for the lovers' flaws and their inability to have control. about reality in terrible circumstances. Over the course of the show the lovers of conflicting families have not matured and remain rather static in development. Furthermore, in this tragedy, the only child of the montages remains quite childish, Juliet still seems immature, and their relationship overall seems more like a theatrical act with the lover rather than something mature and sustainable. Overall, from start to finish, Romeo and Juliet were living in the moment, acting absurd and foolish rather than focusing on the future and trying to solve problems effectively. Although the lovers are both quite brash throughout the play, Romeo, the male protagonist, is even more so. Through the work of Romeo and Juliet, the Montague heir has ceased to mature in the course of Shakespeare's tragedy. First, it was “Rosalina” (II.iii.67). that Romeo “loved so much” (II.iii.67). at the beginning of the play as he “groaned. . . woe to Rosaline” (II.ii.74-78), however, he easily disengaged from her and fell in love with the “beautiful daughter of the rich Capulet” (II.iii.58) as if he were changing his mind about a meal he would order . Furthermore, he fell out of love with Rosaline because she "does not allow grace for grace and love for love." (II.iii. 85-88) which basically meant that Romeo didn't love Rosaline because she didn't love him, which is very childish in hindsight. Another reason why Romeo is immature is that he has no sense of reality, he is always extremely depressed, like when Rosaline wanted to stay trapped for life, or extremely euphoric like when he met Juliet, despite having no real middle ground for his emotions. These are all the reasons why Romeo is immature: he is always hopelessly in love for trivial reasons and has too little sense of reality. Although Romeo is immature, this is unjustified since he is now an adult by society's standards, however, Juliet is 14 years old, so it is normal for her to act like a child.
