Environmental science Environmental science is important in different aspects such as: scientific, social, political and ethical (Lesson, Gan). Understanding the earth's process with alternative energy systems and its effects of global climate change are part of environmental science. I can't stress enough how important it is to learn and be aware of recurring problems in our environment. If people are not aware of our environmental problems, it will be more difficult to solve them and our existence may end. Nowadays there is technology that is environmentally friendly and can help our planet. Many people are unaware of the damage to the atmosphere, but some is irreparable. If we instill awareness about environmental problems and what is needed to solve them, we can act quickly. The background of environmental sciences still influences us today. Environmental science is the relationship between the chemical, physical, and biological parts of the environment [Carson, Rachel. Silent Spring (Boston: Houghton Mifflin, 1962), Mariner Books, 2002] Environmental science is an approach to studying environmental systems. By studying environmental sciences, specialists can find solutions to environmental problems. In fact, it wasn't until the 1920s that people began to realize how the environment was changing due to pollution and other problems. (New York Times). Myths were even written that environmental changes were due to "evil" choices made by people, but even then some myths falsely assured us that environmental concerns could be safely ignored. As technology and human knowledge began to advance, people became more aware. People have evolved and become an official scientific field that can ... middle of paper ...
