Those who sit alone at lunch, do nothing but go to school and then return home, those who don't talk to anyone while they're at school. Those who flinch when someone "bad" walks past them are the ones who hate high school because others make it the worst time for them. Those who bully feel that their pain makes you feel like you can control them. What they don't understand is that even if they think it's funny or funny, kids who are being bullied may go home and hurt themselves, or others, to take the pain away from what they're being bullied for of bullying. This essay will talk about bullying laws and why they should be put in place! What are some laws in Missouri now? State and local lawmakers have taken steps to prevent bullying everywhere. Each state deals with bullying differently. There is no federal law that specifically states that bullying should not be allowed, but should there be? The answer is yes. Students who participate in bullying will be disciplined in accordance with school policy. It could be expulsion and removal from any activity. There may be many new laws that can be enacted to help prevent bullying. One might be that bullying is not allowed in all of America. Another might be that anyone who is bullied could be sent to prison. Anyone who is being bullied must report it immediately or they could be put in prison too. The reason for this law is that they cannot hurt themselves or others. These laws could prevent bullying. It can also prevent you from being a bully. As you can see, introducing bullying laws will help students. Many people may think that laws are “stupid” or “useless,” but what they don't understand is that laws are there to keep students safe and to prevent any of them from getting hurt or hurting others.
